Accept Help from Someone Even When You Think You Can Do It Yourself

10/28/18 I’m looking over my list and wondering how I can cross this item off my list because I can be pretty stubborn and self sufficient when it dawned on me I already have. I was placed in charge of a Scavenger Hunt at work and I could totally have done it all myself. I have led scavenger hunts, I have given them as gifts. I had this one, but Dot suggested I ask Shannon for help since she said she likes doing that kind of stuff. So I did and she has been very helpful. She gives valuable opinions and helps me see things form a different perspective. I think we all have times when we see things our way and thing it is the right way or there really is no reason for anyone to think differently or it isn’t important to care what others think anyway. I have enjoyed working with her and letting go of the reins a bit. Thanks, Shannon.
